GARAGE AND GAMES ROOM

Shires were instructed to demolish and rebuild a garage situated on the beach in a stunning North coast location.

The client wanted to create a yoga studio, meditation room, garage and games room.

Created using green timber from the client's own forests the new garage and games room were created with specific details to help the new structure blend into its environment. To help the building settle into its surrounds Shires designed and created the bespoke decking, with its unique multi-level area and surrounding slate parking area. All materials were chosen to reflect the weather conditions for the coastal location and energy saving elements were incorporated at every step.
