The client of this project in Tavistock contacted Shires after seeing our work in the media.  The brief was to remodel the exterior of the 1970s property replacing existing materials which were reaching the natural end of their life.

The client was also looking to modernise the appearance of the building, while keeping within the spirit and ethos of the original design, using a mix of materials.
